Health and Wellbeing Slough is a service commissioned by Slough Borough Council and provided by Solutions4Health. The aim of the service is to bring together traditional lifestyle services into one place, so that Slough residents can have easy access to the support and information that they want.
We strive everyday to do the best we can to tackle health inequalities and improve the lives of all the people we work with.
We have a wonderful, diverse team of professionals who bring together extensive digital and health knowledge to help us to provide first class services across the country
